Well my weight is now 14st 2lbs with a reduction of 4lbs this week. My target for my 12th week weigh in was 13st 1lbs at a weekly reduction of 4.7lbs. So with a reduction of 1st 1lb by next week I will be back right on centre and aim for 4.7lb a week reduction or a reduction of 6lb a week to reach my goal weight by 31st december.
I am now doing more activity and have reduced my water intake to 4ltrs as this feels much more comfortable and I am only getting up once during the night. Sometimes I do drink more and also am more aware of my body's natural limits.
I have started to clear out my wardrobe and am finding I have less clothes than I originally thought I would have! Most of my 18's are now too baggy for me to continue wearing and I can also fight snuggly into a size 16 from Dorothy Perkins woohoo. Though I will wait a little longer before I spend money on any new clothes at Asda or Tesco even for leggings.
I have noticed the last few days, with the drop in temperature I am now wearing 2 layers of jumpers and also a cardigan if needed as I am so cold. My friend advised me that he felt the same way during his CD and my councillor has said the same thing. Good job I have lots of woolie pullies lol. The pics next week will really show a difference i reckon a smy legs look longer to me when wearing my jeans and I might even add one of me in my new tankini though that decision has yet to be finalised hee hee.
